Choose your quantity: Our Minimum Order Quantity is 100.
Upload your artwork: You can upload your Artwork using your own file, make sure it is a png, pdf or jpg file.
Approve your Proof: We’ll send you an email with a Proof for you to review and approve. Please email any changes required. Production commences once you have approved your proof.
Design help if needed: Starting from scratch? If you need help with your design select I will need design assistance and we can assist and design something for you. In this instance, Design Fees apply.
Place your order & payment: Add your order to your cart and make payment. Please ensure to include all your delivery details.
Delivery: Your order will be sent via Australian Post, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Colours can vary when printed on different printers and materials, as well as when displayed on various computer screens. If a specific colour is important, please provide a Pantone (PMS) colour reference. This will help us achieve the closest possible colour match.
If you are working with your own Graphics designer they can provide details, alternatively you can also send us a physical sample of the colour you want to achieve and we’ll match it as close as possible.
We use CMYK printers so for best results files should be converted to CMYK.
What are your order processing timeframes?
Order processing times vary depending on the product. Please see Delivery details when you browse under Shop in our menu bar.
What are your Payment options?
We require full payment prior to production.
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
If you have ordered via emailing us at hello@marqmee.com.au and prefer to pay via bank transfer, bank details can be found on our invoice.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be sent via Australia Post, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been sent. Standard delivery time is 1-2 working days, Rural and Regional areas (NT & WA) can take up to 3-5 working days.
Once the delivery address has been confirmed, it can’t be changed.
If you are based in Geelong, you can arrange pick up of your order.
